The result of the research can be made for reference to detect pregnancy of mare's serologically. Blood samples (50 ml) was taken from jugular vein by using disposable spuit. Serum was separated from blood sample by putting the tubes at oblique position (45°) for 2 hours then sentrifuged 3000 rpm for 10 minutes. The serum then stored frozen for -20° C until assayed. equine Chorionic Gonadotropin was identified as protein with molecular weight (MW) 45 kDa up to 65 kDa by using SDS-PAGE method, then the bands resulted from SDS-PAGE was isolated according their molecular weight (MW) in order to obtain eCG by Electroelusion method. After that the protein contains in eCG was measured by using Biuret method. At last protein was transfered to nitrocellulose membran by using Western blot technique. The result of the research indicated that there was four protein &action of eCG by SDS-PAGE method with molecular weight: 63,3 kDa, 52,8 kDa, 45,5 kDa and 42,8 kDa.
