The experiment was performed to analysis of Urine Urea Nitrogen (UUN) and urine creatinine from bull (Bos javanicus) in Surabaya zoo. The experimental animal 5 bull were analysed, consist of bullin this study is two bull female and three bull male. Urine was taken from each of bull to analysis for UUN and urine creatinine. The result of this research showed that average of UUN concentration from bull in Surabaya zoo is 374,84 mg/dl. The average of urine creatinine concentration from bull in Surabaya zoo is 35,41mg/dl. This research also analysed correlation between urine creatinine with UUN. The result showed that correlation between urine creatinine with UUN have correlation significant from both. Price of the correlation is R = + 0,661. The value of correlation is small
