Summary:The aim of research was to determine effects of the administration of water fraction of Citrus nobilis Lour. peels on the liver histopathology features of mice (Mus muscidus).24 males of mice (Mus musculus) with body weight of 30 g and ages of 6 months randomly assigned to four treatment groups with sixfold replication. 24 Males of mice (Mus musculus) devided in to research 35 days. The treatmant P0 as the control given aquadest, P1 was given 40 mg/ kg body weight, P2 was given 60 mg/ kg body weight, and P3 was given SO mg/ kg body weight. The male mice were then euthanized for resection of the liver for histopathological preparation. The preparation was then examined for data collection under a light microscope with magnification of 400x. Examination results of liver histopathology prepanition were analy2ed by means of Kraskal¬wallis test and, in case of any significant difference (P<0,05) among treatment groups, analyses were continued with Mann-whitney test. The result of this research show of water fraction of Citrus nobilis Lour. peels 40 mg/ kg body weight, 60 mg/ kg body weight, 80 mg/ kg body weight until 35 days damages in the mice liver histopathology features of congestion and degeneration
