Desire and motivation are internal factor which influence the study result. External factor (such as school) which influence study result are teaching method, curriculum, relationship between lecturer and student, school disciplinary, learning facilities, learning time, and learning method. This research conducted in order to examine some factor related to study result. Design used in this study was cross sectional, with the sample of 2005 student of Nursing Program Departement In Medical Faculity Airlangga University. The number of student examined for the research was 104. The technical collection used is simple random sampling.
