| Summary: | This research aimed to reveal positive effects of immersion Meniran leaf infusa on description of total number of Aeromonas hydrophila infected gurame fish. This research used five different groups of treatments, control (P0), extract Meniran leaf (P0+), infected by Aeromonas hydrophila (P0-), Aeromonas hydrophila infection following infusa Meniran leaf 10%, 20%, and 30% respectively. Infection of Aeromonas hydrophila used immertion by : CFU/ml on 5 L water for 3 days. Data
were analyzed with Anova (Analysis of Variant) and followed by LSDTest. Research show there were significant difference P0-, PO+, P1 , P2 and P3 (p<0,05). In conclusion, treatments with leaf extract Meniran 10%, 20%, and 30% decreased total number of Aeromonas hydrophila infected gurame fish. Efective dose was 30%. |
