The aim of tills study was to measure the level of protein edlbie-nest swiftlet and linchi swiftlet nest from swiflet house farming on Sidayu-Gresik. This study was belong to descriptive-explorative and it's sample was taken using with non random sampling (purpose). The level of protein was measured with semi mikro Kjeldhal Marcam Steel method. Result from this study has been to show the level of protein based on dry material free water finded 59,26 =E 2,42 % on edible-nest swiftlet and 55,98 ± 0,76 % on linchi swiftlet nest.
