Research design in this research is done by using descriptive method with cross sectional design to examine the patient satisfaction infonnation service satisfaction pre surgery. Sample used in this study is the total sampling of all patients pre surgery.Variabel used in this study is that the infonnation gap is expected with that received. Collection using questionnaires given to patients pre surgery. From the analysis of between nursing service providing infonnation that is expected to have received services received gaps quality pre surgery patients have not in line with expectations, quality indicators are still in need of repair all aspects of realibility, assurance, tangable, emphaty, responsiveness.
