Summary:This research was aimed to discover the effect and corelation of various diluter between skim milk and egg yolk, tris egg yolk, and Andromed® to increase frozen semen quality by motility, viability and spermatozoa membran integrity percentages. This study was a laboratory experimental with Complete Random Design, consisted of three treatment groups, a) frozen semen with skim milk and egg yolk diluter gorup, b) frozen semen with tris egg yolk group, and c) frozen semen with Andromed® diluter group. Each treatment was repeated 6 times. Observed dependent variables were sperm motility, viability and membrane integrity (Hypo-Osmotic Swelling Test and Scanning Electron Microscope). Population in this research was FH fresh semen collected using artificial vagina from 3-4 years old FH (Friesian Holstein) bull. The result data were analyzed by one way ANOV A with 95% significance and continued with Duncan multiple range test wether there was any difference between treatment. The result showed that reach diluters able to maintain sperm motility, viability and membrane integrity. Spermatozoa in andromed® diluter had highest sperm motility, viability and membrane integrity post thawing.
