Recent study shown good deal in application of autologus Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell (BM-MSC) on regeneratif diseases and tissue engineering. BM~MSC have low immunogenicity that allow allogenic application without rejection. BMMMSC have capabilities to differentiate into osteocyte, chondrocyte, adipocyte, tenocyte and myocyte. Eighteen male white New-Zealand rabbit devided into two equal groups P and K with Randomized Post Test Only Control Group Desigu. Nine rabbit in P group injected with 2xl 06 allogenic BM-MSC after artificial injury on gluteus extemus muscle and other as control. Macroscopic evaluation from day I until the day that wound completely healed. Histopathologieal examination with HE staining to count number of inflamatory cell, angiogenesis and myoblast. Statistieal analized with Hotelling's trace, result siguificant different (p>O,OS) between allogenic BM-MSC treatment and control. Allogenic BM-MSC treatment decrease number inflamatory cell, angiogenesis and increase number of myoblast then healing time better than control. It can be concluded that application of allogenic BM-MSC effective to skeletal muscle healing after injury. 2013 Thesis NonPeerReviewed text id https://repository.unair.ac.id/132741/1/EFEKTIVITAS%20PENYEMBUHAN%20OTOT.pdf Agung Prasetyo Legowo, ,- (2013) Efektivitas Penyembuhan Otot Kerangka Pasca Cedera dengao Terapi Allogenic Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell (BM-MSq pada Kelioci White New-Zealand (Oryctolagus cuniculus).
