Method: This study used a single case study design with a research sample of patients with endometrial ca with post-operative total Abdominal And Bilateral Salpingo Oophorectomy and willing to undergo intervention. Autogenic relaxation is given for 3 days with a duration of 10-15 minutes. Results: Before using the autogenic relaxation technique, the client complained of pain on a scale of 6, after carrying out the autogenic tellaxation technique for 3 days, there was a decrease in the perceived post-operative pain which was reduced from scale 6 to scale 3. Conclusion: Autogenic relaxation techniques can reduce the level of pain felt by post-operative TAH-BSO patients, Clients feel less pain and more relaxed than before. This technique can be done by clients easily and can be done at any time.
