The aim of this study was determine antibody Optical Density (OD) values difference of layer chicken vaccinated with 1B monovalent inactive vaccine and 1B polyvalent inactive vaccine (IB-ND-IBD). The samples was classified into three group from 24 chicks overall. Group 1 (Pl), eight chickens was vaccinated with 1B monovalent inactive (L V 4UA). Group 2 (P2), eight chickens was vaccinated with 1B polyvalent inactive (L V8UA) and group 3 (P3), eight chickens as a control given physiological NaCl/chick. Blood sampling for antibody titer through OD values observations performed four times in all age groups for two week, four week, six week and eight week. Measurement of Optical Density values was used indirect ELISA. Data analysis used one way ANOV A.
