| Summary: | This descriptive research was conducted on December <r"-16th, 2010. Sampling has taken from two locations Fish Auction Place in Sidoarjo. Marine fauna, a result of fishermen caught, which is taken to be sampled is shellfish. The aims of this research are isolation and identification; of Vibrio cholerae bacterium on shellfish in the Fish Auction Place Sidoarjo. The method used in this research was a survey method, where the Fish Auction Place Sidoarjo used as observation areas. The collected data which is presented in the descriptive form were calculated the percentage of infected clams by Vibrio cholerae. The results of this research were obtained that 6 samples infected by Vibrio cholerae from 20 samples and 30% positive percentage which is infected. |
