Motivation of wife to use AKDR contraception in society still less. Less of support of husband is one factor that makes less of motivation of wife. Husband also play important role in deciding usage of contraception. Purpose of this research is to study the connection between support of husband with motivation of wife use AKDR contraception to productive mother. This research use cross-sectional type. Sample that is used counted 24 responders. Data is collected by questionaire with data processed by coding and structured questionaire managed by content analysis. Then analysed by stastistic using Spearman Rank Correlation with mean degree p ~ 0.05. The result is shown by Spearman Rank Correlation test with mean degree p = 0.000. Counted p < mean degree (p = 0.000 < p < 0.05), this show the connection between support of husband with motivation of wife use AKDR contraception. Due to data analysis, it is concluded that support of husband can motivate wife to use AKDR contraception. Husband as family leader predominating in taking decisions for anything in family. not aside from decide concerning health for example contraception.
