Description
Summary:The aims of this study was to detection Vibrio cholera bacteria on mud crab (Sql a suraa) ti om ponds in Sidoarjo district. Research was conducted on 9- I 6 December 20 I 0, using descriptive model where the sampel that has been collected wer grown in APW (Alkaline Peptone Water) medium, than the bacteria planted on TCBSA (Thiosulphate Citrate Bile Salt Sucrose Agar) medium. And than the process followed by biochemical test using TSIA (Triple Sugar Iron Agar), SIM (Sulfid Indol Motility) and Simon Citrad. From 15 samples taken only 2 positive samples are infected with Vibrio cholera bacteria, so that get a positive precentage of 13,33 persen
