Till this day on, AIDS is still big phenomenon that cause multidimensional problem. Medic, politic, economic, and social problem to the government and wide society. Most of societies and even health care giver, are still believe that AIDS patients should be isolated. They fell scare of infected by AIDS. This phenomenon cause discriminative toward AIDS patient. Based on tills facts, researcher interested to study the correlation between knowledge, attitude of the nurse in giving nursing implementation to AIDS patients in RSUD DR Soetomo Surabaya. This study was a descriptive correlation study. The sample size was 18 respondents. Sample was selected by total sampling. The data was collected using questionnaire. And then the data was analyzed with computed statistically by linear regression test, with the level signification of 0,05. The result of this study shows that there was no significant relationsillp was found between knowledge degree and nursing implementation (p = 0,06). And also there was no significant relationsillp found between attitude and nursing implementation (p = 0,19). The conclusion of tills study there was no significant relationship between degree of knowledge and nursing implementation, and also between attitude and nursing implementation to AIDS patient in Tropical room of RSUD DR Soetomo Surabaya. This was happened because of some other factor that influence, such as working experience, physical environment, and working stressor.
