Determinants factors were age, height, weight, BMI, workload, working period, working time, the use of masks, work history, smoking behavior of workers and the number of cigarettes consumed. The research was conducted on gluing workers unit PT. XYZ lumajang district in April - July 2013. The approach in this research was observational with cross-sectional research design. The total population in this research was 53 with a sample of 39 workers. The sampling was done by simple random sampling system. The results showed that there was an effect between lung function disorders with working period (0.008) and number of cigarettes consumed a day (0.029). The results also showed that there was no significant effect between lung function disorders with age, height, weight, BMI, workload, working time, the use of masks, work history, and workers smoking behavior. Conclusion: The working period and the number of cigarettes consumed with lung function disorders due to formaldehyde exposure in gluing unit PT.
