| Summary: | Implementation of community-based total sanitation policy in the Village Grogol Diwek Jombang, the achievement is still low and the intensity of diarrheal disease is still high. The purpose of this study to determine the total picture of community-based sanitation policy implementation in the Village District Grogol Diwek Jombang. descriptive research method with cross-sectional study. Samples of research teams working group of community-based total sanitation movement around 70 people, which examines aspects of the context and content of policy implementation. The results showed that the contents of the review policy elements that are influenced by interest rate policy is an important element of the benefits generated useful, other compounds in the desired degree of change that is changed, these elements are elements of a good program temporarily used is a good resource. Then examine the context of the implementation of the elements of power, interests and strategies of good actors involved, the characteristic element is a good institution and authority while the elements of compliance and responsive obedience. |
