Summary:This study aimed to discover the influence of Perception of Islamic Leadership on intention and charity as well as well-being of lecturers of Islamic Universities in Special region of Yogyakarta. The model used was explanatory study to discover and explain causal relation between variables using hypothesis testing. The approach used was quantitative approach, complemented with qualitative and kasyf analyses to give detailed and in depth explanation in Islamic perspective. Data collection methods to get primary data were observation, interview, and questionnaire, while to collect secondary data were documentation, previous studies and other necessary references. The result of hypothesis testing showed that 1. Perception of Islamic leadership had significant influence on lecturers' intention, 2. Perception of Islamic leadership didn't have significant influence on lecturers' charity, 3. Lecturers' intention had significant influence on lecturers' charity, 4. Lecturers' intention had significant influence on lecturers' well-being, and 5. Lecturers' charity didn't have significant influence on lecturers' well-being. The result of data processing the respondents' answers showed that 1. Perception of Islamic leadership was in category good, 2. Lecturers' intention was in very good, 3. lecturers' charity was in category good, 4. Lecturers' well-being was in category good.
