This study used 10 male rabbits divided into 4 groups as series trial. Each rabbit in groups I, II, III and IV was injected subcutaneously with 0.5 ml of 1:10 antibody anti-inhibin per animal one time; Group II rabbit are injected twice by using the same dosage antibody anti-inhibin single dose, twice, thrice, fourfold every two week respectively. The antibody anti-idiotypic was measured by using indirect ELISA. While the level of total immunoglobulins by using direct ELISA. The result of the study showed that repeated injections of rabbit antibody anti-inhibin were not stimulated antibody anti-idiotypic in the same species and the total immunoglobulins of rabbit were not decreased.
