Kedudukan Janda dalam sistem Pewarisan Masyarakat Osing
According to the Osing's adat law, marital property divided in to personal property and joint property. In the even of divorce, joint property's ordinarly divided eqwual between the spouses. In the event of death, joint property will be ruled by adat law and faraidl.
