(ross-linking reaction was rClI control the water penetration, swelling and release of alendronate from the rellet characterization with FTIR ; SEM and alendronate release from the pellet at conditiup· and temperature body were studied tor 4 weeks. The Result that the BHA-GEL-ALE cross-linking with glutaraldehyde (t,, biodegradable,nontoxic to human osteoblasts and promote their proliferation. as hon and it was able to control release ALE which inhibit osteoclas activaties as drug ·it system (nOS) ofalendronate.
