Summary:This study aims to determine the effect of salinity and Gandasil Spirogyra hyalina biomass in non in liquid medium without aeration with a variation of salinity up to 10 ‰ and the variation of Gandasil-D® concentration up to Gandasil-D® liquid medium in 500 mL flask for 40 days incubation. The observation of pH and conductivity were conducted every 10 days, while the cell biomass measured at the beginning and the end of the incubation period. treatment was no salinity and Gandasil Spirogyra hyalina biomass weight about twice after 40 days.
