The experimental diets contained banana peel flour and fish meal at levels of 0% (P0), 5% (P1), 10% (P2), and 15% (P3). This experiment used Completely Randomized Design. The
data were analyzed using Analysis of Variances (ANOVA) and any significant differences were further tested using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The results showed that the treatment diets were significantly reduced the blood cholesterol content (p<0.05) and it was affect blood HDL significantly too (p<0.05). |
