The aim of this study was to observe the numbers of Conception Rate, Service per Conception, Calving Rate, Days Open, and Calving Interval of beef cattle at the areas of animal health’s technical work in Kedamean, Gresik. This study used survey method. Data were obtained from primary and secondary data. Primary data was taken from interviews with breeders, namely about the acceptors of insemination and pregnancy number. While secondary data was reproduction record from inseminators. Data were retrieved from records of the last three years, with 50 cattles per year as sample and the total samples were 150 cattles. The result of this research, especially about reproductive efficiency beef cattle at the areas of animal health’s technical work in Kedamean, Gresik indicated that average component of efficiency reproductive’s value showed that number was under normal condition, proved by number of CR (56,7%), DO (114,48 days) and CI (395,5 days) but number S/C (1,43) and CvR (75%) were better.
