This research focused to observe about effect of bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon) extract in mice by inducting 10% glucose with dose 2,0 g/kg wight for 15 days based on histophatology microscopic. The result of this research showed that extract of bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon) has high antihyperglycemic potential at decreased blood glucose and can be hepatoprotector based on scoring degenaration, necrosis and inflamation of histophatology on mice.
