Summary:The aims of this research was to determine effect of equilibration time on motility and viability of Boer Goat’s sperms after thawing in thinners vegetable lecithin. This research used Boer Goat’s fresh semen that collected in artificial vagina and followed by evaluation for macroscopic and microscopic to see if semen was worthy or not worthy to frozen. Good quality semen was diluted by adding thinners vegetable lecithin, then semen followed by equilibrated with 3 treatment groups. The first treatment (P1) was semen equilibration 1 hour. The second treatment (P2) was semen equilibration 1,5 hour. The third treatment (P3) was semen equilibration 2 hour. All of treatments were processed into frozen semen then followed by evaluation of sperm motility and viability after thawing. The result was analysed used ANOVA and continued by Duncan test. Result showed that equilibration 1,5 hours (P2) was significantly influencing after-thawing spermatozoa, it improved both motility and viability (p<0,05). Meanwhile, there was no significant difference (p˃0,05) beetwen equilibration 1 and 2 hours. It is concluded that best time equilibration obtained at treatment (P2) equilibration 1,5 hours, then followed by (P3) equilibration 2 hours and (P1) equilibration 1 hour.
