Description
Summary:The aim of this study was to produce an attenuated strain of Elmerianecatrix by the serial passage of precocious lines. This study used the histopathology for signs that the E. necatrix had been attenuated. Three part series has occurred in 24 males chicken with eight replications each pasase group. First part used E. necatrix parent lines, the second part of the precocious lines used E. necatrix of the first part, then the third part of the precocious line E. necatrix used of the second part. The sample used was a male chicken jejunum. Jejunum histopathology preparations used Hematoxylin eosin staining. Histopathological scores were examined under a microscope with magnification 40O10OOx. The results showed that significantly different (P <0.05) between the first, second and third passages. Eimerianecatrix, attenuation, precocious line, jejunum, histopathology
