Positive control (P0) was chicken administrated with 5000 normal infective oocysts. P1, P2, P3, and P4 were inoculated with 5000 oocysts had beên dried during 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h, respectively. The result showed there was significantly difference (p<O.05) of 96 hours dry of E. tenella oocysts in viability compared the other groups. The significantly decrease of E. teneliaoocysts viability in morphology, caecal pathological changes and oocysts production was shown at 96 hours dry of E. tenella.
