Sampel used in this study was frozen semen from one dairy cattle which were collected at six different times using artificial vagina. This study used Completely Randomize Design with four treatments on different doses of caffeine (0mM, 2mM, 4mM, and 6mM) and each treatment was repeated at six times. The results showed that addition of caffeine was significantly affect sperm motility, viability, plasma membrane integrity and capacitation (p<0.05), but didn’t affect the expression of cythochrome C.
