DAYA HAMBAT ASAM 10-HIDROKSI-2-DECENOAT, ROYAL JELLY DAN KLORAMFENIKOL TERHADAP SALMONELLA TYPHIMURIUM DAN STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS SECARA IN VITRO
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) dari asam 10-hidroksi-2decenoat, royal jelly dan kloramfenikol terhadap Salmonella typhimurium dan Staphylococcus aureus.
