Summary:Malnutrition is one of the problems of children and infants in Indonesia so prevention and treatment of malnutrition need to be improved. One way to reduce the incidence of malnutrition of children under five is to know the behavior model of the mother in feeding malnutrition children. This study was analysis of background factors, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, intention and behavior mother in feeding for malnutrition children in working area Puskesmas Karangjati Kabupaten Ngawi. The method used is cross sectional. The population is a mother who has children malnutrition in working area Puskesmas Karangjati Kabupaten Ngawi. The sampling method used was cluster sampling. Samples taken as many as 132 respondents. The data were taken using a questionnaire. Analysis of data using the Structure Equation Modelling using SmartPLS. Results showed that background factors had positive and significant influence on the attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control. Attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control had positive and significant influence on intention. Intention had positive and significant influence on the behavioral of mother in feeding for malnutrition children. There was a significant influence between variables so for health workers is nurse to provide education on food for malnutrition children. Further studies should involve larger respondents and better measurement tools to obtain more accurate results.
