Summary:order increase client health status. Jigsaw method is a cooperative learning method that requires audience‟s participation actively in every discussion stages. This study was aimed to examine influence of health education about STI‟s prevention with jigsaw method in changing adolescent‟s knowledge and attitude in SMK Budhi Dharma. This research was a quasy-experimental study. A total of 40 students were included as respondents. The sampling method used was purposive sampling based on the inclusion criteria. Jigsaw was in the independent variable and dependent variable was knowledge. Data were taken with questionnaire and analyzed by using wilcoxon signed renk test and Mann whitney U test with level of significant p= 0.05. Result analysis of knowledge variable by wilcoxon test there was increased value on treatment group (p= 0.003) and the control group (p= 0.021), mann whitney posttest (p=0.799). Analysis of attitude variable by wilcoxon test for treatment group (p=0.317), the control group (p= 0.366), Mann whitney posttest (p= 1.000). It can be concluded that both of jigsaw and lecture increase knowledge and for increasing attitude, it must be combined with other methods. Helath education about sexually transmittd infection in scholl needs to be improve.
