Lack of knowledge and attitude will bring impact to their behavior in facing menarche. This research aims to identify and analyze the knowledge and attitude of students in Dinoyo 2 Elementary School Malang about menarche by comparing the prior and post conditions of monopoly game intervention. Method: This research design was quasy experiment. The samples were taken from 40 female students of Dinoyo 2 State Elementary School Malang who have no experience menarche. The sampling process was conducted in December 2015. The taken-samples were based on inclusive criteria. It used purposive sampling method. The independent variable was monopoly game. The dependent variable was the knowledge and attitude of students in Dinoyo 2 State Elementary School Malang about menarche. The data were collected by using questionnaire, and analyzed by using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Mann Whitney U-Test with significancy number ≤0.05. Result: There was an impact of monopoly game to students' knowledge about menarche (p=0.000) and to students' attitude about menarche (p=0.000). Meanwhile, there was significant differences of knowledge (p=0.000) and attitude (p=0.05) between control group and treatment group after being given the monopoly game.
