Summary:Introduction. Tubectomy is considered a permanent method of sterilization and birth control. The purpose of this research was to analyze the perceived benefits, perceived barriers, self efficacy with the selection tubectomy contraseption method in women of childbearing age in distric Dander Bojonegoro. Methods. The design of the study was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The population were women of childbearing age in distric Dander Bojonegoro. Total samples were 92 respondents with purposive sampling. The independent variables were perceived benefits, perceived barriers and self efficacy. The dependent variable was behavior in selecting tubectomy contraseption method. Data was collected by using questionnaire and analyzed by using logistic regression test with a degree of significance α ≤ 0.05. Result. Logistic regression test showed significance level in the perceived benefits (p = 0,018), but non significance level between perceived barriers (p = 0,518), self efficacy (p = 0,707) with the selection of tubectomy contraception method. Discussion. The study concluded perceived benefits was high, perceived barriers was low and self efficacy was high. But, there were childbearing age choose non tubectomy contraception.
