The isolated Aeromonas hydrophila was characterized in previous research using Western-Blot and SDS-PAGE method, produced Aeromonas hydrophila protein that stated in 30 kDa has potential immunogenic. Three male rabbits immunized with 1 ml of adjuvant as control, 108 cfu/ml whole protein of Aeromonas hydrophila as P1 and 2.5x107 IU/ml of protein 30 kDA Aeromonas hydrophila as P2 respectively. Immunization was done four times with an interval of 14 days. Antibody titer tested by indirect ELISA technique from collected serum.
