Six male rabbits were divided randomly into two groups and administered orally based on the treatment. The treatment consists of administered sucrose 1 ml orally (P0) and the administered of rotavirus vaccine formula P.T Biofarma 1 ml orally (P1). Rabbits adapted in BSL-3 for 7 days with adlibitum food and water before treatment. 1 ml sucrose and 1 ml rotavirus vaccine formula from P.T Biofarma was administered orally on day-0, day-11 and day-22. Then, on day 56 all rabbits euthanized for small instestine sample collection. The histopathological feature of small intestine were examined by using Modified Ciarlet et al., (1998) scoring methode.
