Summary: | The aim of the research was to know effect the shot laserpuncture
semiconductor to absolute growth rate and relative growth rate of duck hybrid
until obtainable of optimal results. Duck acupuncture point which used to be fired
were hu-men, bei-ji, and gou-hou with one shot interval every seven day. The aim
was conducted in March to April 2016. Experimental animals used are duck
hybrid aged one day as many as 24 duck hybrid were divided into three treatment
: 0 Joule (P0) as control, the treatment group with dose 0,2 Joule (P1) and the
treatment group with dose 0,4 Joule (P2). Data analysis used Manova test
(Multivariate Analysis of Variance) with SPSS 23 for windows. The result
obtained in this aim absolute growth rate is P1 not significant to P0 (P > 0,5) , and
P2 significant to P0 (P < 0,05). Relative growth rate is P1 and P2 not significant to
P0 (P>0,05). So, the shot of laserpuncture semiconductor increased the absolute
growth rate of duck hybrid. |
