This research was a laboratory experimental with Complete Random Design, consisted of four treatments and six replications. The first treatment P0 no L-Arginine added as control. P1 was treated with 0,004 M L-Arginine. P2 was treated with 0,005 M L-Arginine. P3 was treated with 0,006 M L-Arginine. The data was analysed by Analysis of Variant (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan method. The result showed that determine significant different between treatments. The post thawing membrane integrity’s result was (P0) 34,37a ± 2,56, (P1) 35,12a ± 2,59, (P2) 38,10ab ± 4,77, and (P3) 40,85b ± 3,82. The post thawing necrosis’s result was (P0) 55,56b ± 6,53, (P1) 52,90b ± 8,04, (P2) 45,21a ± 4,97, and (P3) 41,10a ± 3,94.
