Disruption secretion of FSH (Folicle Stimulating Hormone) will result in disorder of follicular development, no mature follicles that will inhibit ovulation. The purpose of this research aims to determine the influence of red fruit oil (Pandanus conoideus Lam.) on increase FSH level and improve of development follicles. The mice were grouped into four groups, there are negative control (normal mice), positive control (infertile mice), infertile mice with 0,05 ml red fruit oil, and infertile mice with 0,1 ml red fruit oil during 14 days. The FSH level counted from blood serum with ELISA reader and HE preparation from ovarium to follicle count and identification be conducted after treatment. The result of the research showed that FSH level in infertile mice with 0,05ml red fruit oil and infertile mice with 0,1 ml red fruit oil was increased.
