This study used 150 blood samples from Bali cattle of all ages, regardless of gender were taken from Pegirian Surabaya slaughterhouse. The blood is drawn through the jugular vein with EDTA. The methods of this study are using Microhaematocrite Centrifugation Technique (MHCT) and stained thin smear methods. MHCT is collecting blood (70 μl) into heparinised capillary tubes (75 × 1.5 mm). The wet end closed with plasticine and centrifuge at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes. Stained thin smear method is place a small drop of blood (3–5 μl) at one end of a clean microscope slide and draw out a thin film in the usual way. Air-dry briefly and fix in methyl alcohol for 1 minute and allow to dry. The smears stained in Giemsa for 25 minutes. Pour off stain and wash the slide in tap water and allow to dry. Examine at a magnification of 400–1000× with oil immersion. The result showed that from 150 samples, there are 2 samples infected by Trypanosoma evansi. 2016 Thesis NonPeerReviewed text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/61912/1/KH.232.17%20.%20Pra.p%20-%20ABSTRAK.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/61912/2/KH.232.17%20.%20Pra.p%20-%20SEC.pdf AMIRA NADIA PRASTUTI, 061211131034 (2016) PERSENTASE INFEKSI Trypanosoma evansi PADA SAPI BALI (Bos sondaicus) YANG DIPOTONG DI RPH PEGIRIAN SURABAYA.
