Description
Summary:The purpose of this study was to describe histopatologycal changes of mice (Mus musculus) seminiferous tubules infected by Brucella suis Local Isolates. Twenty f mice were divided into five treatment groups which each group consists of four mice, P0 as control was given distilled NaCl Fisiologis intra muscular, meanwhile P1, P2, P3, and P4 were infected with Brucella suis dose 1,2x106; 1,2x107; 1,2x108;1,2x109cells/ml, and then sacrified at seven day after infected. The data of histopatologycal changes of seminiferous tubules was examine with factorial Annova. Then, the data analyzed using LSD test. The result of this study showed there was significant (p<0,05) different between treatment groups which is the score of seminiferous tubules at dose 1,2x109 was the worst.
