Description
Summary:The purpose of this study is to describe histopathological changes of spermatogenic cells on seminiferous tubules mice was vaccinated by Brucella abortus strain RB51 and challenged by Brucella suis. Eighteen mice were divided into three treatment groups which each group consists of six mices. K- as negative control that was injected in physiological NaCl intra muscular. Meanwhile, K+ as positive control was infected by 0.1 ml Brucella suis (1.0x108 cell/ml) and P1 was vaccinated by Brucella abortus strain RB51 0,1 ml and infected by 0.1 ml Brucella suis (1.0x108 cell/ml) and then sacrificed in tenth week. The data of histopathological changes on seminiferous tubules was examined with Nikkon H600L microscope. Then, the data was arranged in table and analyzed by using one way ANOVA test and continued by Duncan test. The result of this study showed that there were histopathological changes in seminiferous tubules testes. The using of Brucella abortus strain RB51 vaccine can protected the amount of spermatogenic cells in seminiferous tubules testes.
