Twenty mice’s divided into four group with 30 day treatment. The control grup (k-) was given 0,5 ml aquades, k+ (methylmercury 0,0056 mg/kg), P1 (methylmercury 0,0056mg/kg + curcumin 150 mg/kg) and P2(methylmercury 0,0056 mg/kg + curcumin 300 mg/kg). Day 30 all mice were sacrified for histopathological examination. The result of the experiment get through examination of total pyramid cell necrosis that observed by light microscope with 400x magnification. The data was analyzed by ANOVA and Honestly Significant Difference test (DUNCAN). Result showed that the number of pyramid cell necrosis decreased in compliance with the dose of Curcumin administration.
