This research used 30 male mice which were 12 weeks old which had 25-35 g of body weight. They were divided randomly into six groups. (K1) as a control negative was given 0.3 ml aquades + CMC-Na/ KgW /day, (K2) as a control positive was given 0.3 ml aquades + CMC-Na/ KgW /day with sensitization, other group were given sensitization and propolis for (K3) 0,4 mg/ KgW /day, (K4) 0,8 mg/0 KgW /day, (K5) 1,6 mg/ KgW /day, and (K6) 12,8 mg/ KgW /day. After 17th days treatment, the mice dissected and taken to the spleen organ preparations made preparations limfoblast and histopatological spleen of mice. The data were analyzed by ANOVA method based on Completely Randomized Design, and further analyzed by Duncan's multiple range (Duncan's Multiple Range Test).
