Summary:This research aims to determine the best glycerolization time on the sperm viability and motility of Bali bull in egg yolk tris diluter. This research used one Bali bull 3 years old. The experimental design of this research used post test only control group design, consisted of four treatment. The glycerolization time of P1 was 1 hour, P2 was 2 hours, P3 was 3 hours and P4 was 4 hours. The data was analyzed by ANOVA One Way then continued by Duncan Multiple Range Test to determine significant differences between treatment. The results showed no significant differences (p>0.05) on the viability and motility of Bali bull’s spermatozoa.
