PENGARUH PEMBERIAN VAKSIN SUBUNIT LIPOPOLISAKARIDA Brucella abortus DALAM ADJUVANT ALUMINIUM HIDROKSIDA PADA MENCIT TERHADAP RESPON IMUN HUMORAL

The aim of this study was to understand the influence of Brucella abortus Lipopolysaccharide subunit vaccine administration on difference dosage of Aluminum hydroxide of mice (Mus musculus) humoral response. This study used 30 male mice. This study was recognized by using complete randomized desi...

This study used 30 male mice. This study was recognized by using complete randomized design, divided into 3 treatment groups and 6 repetitive groups. The treatment groups consist of P0 = control, P1 = 10μg/ml LPS Brucella abortus on adjuvant aluminum hydroxide, P2 = 20 μg/ml LPS Brucella abortus on adjuvant aluminum hydroxide. The data result was analyzed by using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), The results showed that no significant difference between the 4th and 8th week withdrawal samples (p>0,05) , but seen from indirect ELISA test there was higher antibody titer of 4th week than 8th week. The administration of Brucella abortus Lipopolysaccharide sub unit vaccine on 4th week revealed there were immune response on rats as well as 8th week and antibody titer on P0 (control), P1(dosage of 10 μg/ml), P2 (dosage of 20 μg/ml) revealed the highest antibody titer on P2(0.2442), followed by antibody titer P1(0.2403) and the lowest on P0 (0.200). The different dosage of lipopolysaccharide sub unit vaccine would make difference responses on antibody titer of mice. 2016 Thesis NonPeerReviewed text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/62202/1/KH.327.17%20.%20Set.p%20-%20ABSTRAK.pdf text id http://repository.unair.ac.id/62202/2/KH.327.17%20.%20Set.p%20-%20SEC.pdf HANIFAH GHASSANI SETIAWAN, 061211132090 (2016) PENGARUH PEMBERIAN VAKSIN SUBUNIT LIPOPOLISAKARIDA Brucella abortus DALAM ADJUVANT ALUMINIUM HIDROKSIDA PADA MENCIT TERHADAP RESPON IMUN HUMORAL.
