The aim of this study is to determine the anthelmintic effect of bitter melon fruit and leaves infusion against Ascaridia galli in vitro. This research using 240 samples of Ascaridia galli length 7-10 cm without differentiate their sex. The concentration of bitter melon fruit and leaves infusion for immersing the Ascarida galli were 20%, 40% and 60%. Negative control used NaCl Physiologic. Positif control used piperazine sitrat 10 mg/ml. The death of Ascaridia galli observed at 6 hour, 12 hour, 18 hour and 24 hour. The data analysis using Anova test and Duncan Range Test. Anova results showed significant differences between treatments (p<0.05). Duncan Range Test result showed 60% bitter melon leaves has anthelmintic more than piperazine sitrat 10 mg/ml.
