Summary:The aim of this research is to knowing the subtitution effect of mixture banana peel flour and fish meal in commercial feed towards protein and nitrogen free extract consumption of peking duck. This research used 20 male ducks, 3 weeks old. This study used four treatments, P0 (fed with 100% commercial feed), P1 (fed with 95% commercial feed + 5% mixture of flour banana peel and fishmeal), P2 (fed with 90% commercial feed + 10% mixture of flour banana peel and fishmeal) and P3 (fed with 85% commercial feed + 15% mixture of flour banana peel and fishmeal). From the results and statistical data analysis using ANOVA and continued with Duncan test, the result of protein consumption and nitrogen free extract consumption showed very significant differences (p<0,01). Protein consumption P0 (2882,83) not significantly difference with P3 (2727,21) but significantly difference with P1 (2197,03) and P2 (2332,03). Nitrogen free extract consumption P0 (7381,52) significantly difference with P1 (5474,82), P2 (5651,31) and P3 (6421,94).
