Summary: | The objective of this study was to determine the using of milk powder waste as supplement in commercial feed toward carcass and abdominal fat percentage of male broiler. This research used completely randomized design with 5 groups and 7 replications. First to fifth groups were P0 (control), P1 (commercial food + 2,5% milk powder waste of total feeds), P2 (commercial food + 5% milk powder waste of total feeds), P3 (commercial food + 7,5% milk powder waste of total feeds), P4 (commercial food + 10% milk powder waste of total feeds).Trial result was conducted at 2nd-5th week age of chicken. The result showed that no significantly different (p>0,05) the carcass and abdominal fat percentage of male broiler every groups, but the body weight showed that significantly different (p<0,05). It could be concluded that the increase of milk powder waste until 10% still be able to support broiler growth |
