Summary:Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia is still high at 32 deaths per 1000 live births. One of the effort to reduce Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is through provide exclusive breastfeeding. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low about 34.5%. One of the reason is caused by every mother who are employed. The aim of the research was to analyze the factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding on working mothers. The method in this research was analytic observational with Cross sectional approach. The population was all working mothers who have 7-24month old babies. The sampling technique using Purposive sampling. Data collection through questionnaire and interview. The data were analyzed using SPSS Version 17 with Chi-square test and multiple logistic regression (CI = 95%, α = 0,05). The result showed that education (p=0,38), husband support (p= < 0,001) and frequency of breast pumping (p=0,001) influenced the giving of exclusive breastfeeding. The conclusion of this research, there was a relationship between education, husband support, and frequency of breast pumping with Exclusive breastfeeding on working mothers.
